"Do you offer mobile grooming?"

We do not offer mobile grooming. I was a mobile groomer for a short while, but driving in the winter with a big van and keeping the pipes from freezing became too much of a hassle! We only have a salon now.

"What if my dog has skin sensitivity, or I don't want strong smelling products?"

We will do what's best for you and your pet! We have unscented, hypoallergenic shampoo we are happy to use, at your request.

"What if my dog isn't good around other dogs?"

That's totally fine! We keep all dogs separate at all times (unless they are in the same household.)

"Can I just have my dog's nails done?"

Yes absolutely! Just call, text, or email to make an appointment. Nail appointments aren't available with online booking.

"My dog doesn't need a haircut; what service do I pick?"

You can pick whatever service fits your needs best! Every service can go to any dog, regardless if they need a haircut or not.

"Do you take extra large dogs?"

Yes! Our standards for how big dogs act is higher (just because they can hurt us more easily if they misbehave) but we are willing to try! Our facility is equipped to handle dogs of all sizes.

"What vaccines do you require?"

We advise getting all the vaccines recommended by your veterinarian. We only require an updated Rabies vaccine, just for the safety of our staff.
